We work with an in-house order fulfillment company with facilities on both sides of the big pond: Los Angeles (CA), Charlotte (NC), Dallas (TX), Riga (Latvia), Tijuana (Mexico), Toronto (Canada), Barcelona (Spain), Birmingham (UK), Amakusa (Japan), Kashima (Japan), Melbourne (Australia), and Brisbane (Australia).

99% of our orders are delivered in the same region they're fulfilled. Our strategically located fulfillment centers worldwide allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

Non-US shipments may incur an additional customs and tax fee depending on the destination country. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.

If you are ordering from Europe, duties are very unlikely as we ship from within the EU (Latvia, Spain) or the UK, depending on where you are located.

If you are ordering from Canada, duties are very unlikely as we ship from our local Canadian fulfillment center. Rarely—usually if a product is unavailable—our algorithm will route your order to another location. In that case, you will be charged before delivery for orders above $20CAD.

💡 Pro tip: We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally—this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production, even with top-notch quality control. The measurements provided in our size charts are just an indicator of sizing, so please allow for variations of 1" (2-3 cm).

All Gllamazon products are made to order, which eliminates the waste commonly caused by overproduction in the fashion & apparel industry. We work with an in-house order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so your orders will be fulfilled in a location near you. This way, we optimize delivery times and limit CO₂ emissions. Our products meet the same quality standards regardless of the facility they're shipped from.

We work with ethical, environmentally and socially responsible suppliers that produce high-quality products that last many washes, keeping print colors vibrant and the fabric soft. Before we partner with a supplier, we do durability, wash, and wear tests to make sure they'll stand the test of time. We use water-based pigment inks that are OKEO-TEXT certified and CPSIA compliant.
